• Follow-up communications: if we follow up with you on WhatsApp or by phone, or you message us, we collect your phone number and the content of those conversations. If you proceed to a chat or interview, we keep notes on the conversation and our assessment of your fit for the role.
• Automatically collected data: when you visit our website, we (and the tools listed in section 3) may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring source, and ad click data, using cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We do not ask for your NRIC or other national identification numbers at the application stage. If you are offered a role and identity verification is required, we will tell you why and collect it only as permitted under the PDPA.

• Assess whether you are a good fit for a role on our team;
• Contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your form submission and next steps;
• Schedule and conduct interviews;
• Carry out onboarding, eligibility checks, and training if you decide to join us;
• Inform you about future career opportunities, recruitment events, and related activities at 1 ARK, where you have provided the relevant consent;
• Measure and improve the performance of our website and recruitment campaigns; and
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to process your application or run our recruitment, including with:

• The organisations we work with, where needed to process your application, carry out eligibility checks, and onboard you if you decide to join us. We will only share this information once you have chosen to proceed;
• Meta (including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta Pixel), which we use to run lead forms, send and receive messages, and measure and improve our recruitment advertising; and
• Other service providers that help us store form submissions, schedule meetings, and manage our communications.

These providers may process or store data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use analytics and advertising tags that set cookies to measure site traffic and ad performance and to show you relevant ads on other platforms (remarketing).
